Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management,
Psychology or equivalent. - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position. - Required Skill(s): Administration, Ms. Office (Excel),
Public Relations and Mandarin speaker - Preferabty Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. - Available to Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in
Mandarin will be be preferred - Partnering with other departement manager to determine
staffing needs - Maintain employee relations between foreign employee and
local employee as public relations - Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to
maintain and update payroll also BPJS Ketenagkerjaan & Kesehatan
information - Able to working under pressure and willing to work over time
