PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (sebelumnya bernama PT Cipta Aneka Selaras) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri media berbasis konten. Perusahaan ini memiliki stasiun televisi terestrial swasta nasional SCTV dan Indosiar telah tercatat publik di Bursa Efek Jakarta (sekarang Bursa Efek Indonesia) dengan kode IDX: SCMA sejak pada tanggal 16 September 2002 sebagai papan utama.

OPEN POSITION:
1. Organization Development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an organizational development specialist
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
- KPI and performance implementation experience
- Has experience on organization effectiveness & productivity
Jobdesk
- Develops and designing the overall strategy and implementation of a organization structure, talent management program, including career development and succession planning.
- Supports the performance review and performance management process, including conducting research on best practices and developing tools and instruments
- Consulting with the each of Unit Head department to guide the utilization and development
- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers
2. Learning & Development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experiences in learning and development
- Very energetic and happy person as well
- High influencing personality with high engagement driven.
- Experience in handling series development program, training, developing and implementation of management trainee or sales/marketing troopers
- Experience in engagement program and gamification for employee
Jobdesk
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Manage the delivery of training and development and evaluating the program
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
3. Payroll Officer
Kualifikasi
- S1 from Accounting/Finance Management, or equivalent.
- 3-5 year of working experience in the related field.
- Required skills: Payroll Calculation, Tax, BPJS, PPh 21, Budget.
- Proficient using Ms.Excel (intermediate/advanced level) & experience in using payroll software.
- High interest in data analytics and system developments.
- Preferably have an experience in the field of accounting, tax, and budgeting.
- High analytical thinking.
- High integrity, trustworthy.
- Willing to be agile, work under pressure, and tight deadline.
- Well-organized, high attention to detail, and high accuracy
Jobdesk
- Handle report and payment for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Responsible for SPT PPh 21 process.
- Ensure all payment transactions are processed efficiently.
4. Property
Kualifikasi
- Min D3 from Fine arts, Visual Communication Design or equivalent
- Have a good sense and interest in art
- Have drawing and painting skills
- Have less than 2 years experience in related fields
- Good communication skills
- Able to perform multitasking and work underpressure
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Jobdesk
- Responsible in providing property for shooting needs
5. Master Control Room
Kualifikasi
- D3/S1 from Broadcast or IT major.
- Familiar to computer hardware is more preferred.
- Well-organized and attentive to detail.
- Willing to work on holidays or shifting.
- Great team player but able to work individually.
Jobdesk
- Prepare playlists and program content to be aired.
- Monitor the accuracy and quality of the shows on each channel and overcome problems that occur when the show runs.
